Some Self-Care Books

These are a few that I recommend. I have not seen them all, and it has been some time since I’ve looked for new books, so please don’t take the absence of a book from this list as my lack of approval. They are available at the booksellers listed below, or on Amazon. I have seen some at local bookstores.

Using Homeopathy to Prevent Disease?

Using homeopathic remedies to help prevent infectious diseases is called homeoprophylaxis. I will help clients who wish to include homeoprophylaxis as an option during an outbreak or for travel into areas where certain diseases are more common, although I do not offer homeoprophylaxis as an alternative to required vaccinations.
However, if this is something you would like to learn more about and do yourself, here are a few books you can read. You can get the remedies yourself, or I would be happy to help you acquire them. (See the list of pharmacies above.) Please give me a call or email if you have any questions.
